Core Motivation Analysis Testing values your privacy and rights to data protection, our continued commitment is to protecting just that.

This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or test from Core Motivation Analysis Testing website, a component of Trust Well Network LLC.

When you register to test we obtain some additional information about you, like your email address.
Whether you have either a corporate code or choose a personal test, we use cookies to help secure and personalize that account.

Personal information:

We do not share any of the personally identifiable information you voluntarily provide to us with any third-party sites. We would do so only if we were legally obligated to do so, and then we’d notify you if that was the case. (We’ve never had to do so yet.). Information would only be released to our client if you are using company authorized code that was provided you for employment/team or event development.

Why and how we collect Data:

Like every website online, we collect anonymous information about your browsing behaviors on our site (but not in a personally-identifiable way). Such information is aggregated for statistical analysis only and used for research purposes.

When you sign in to our Testing System our servers automatically record information that your browser sends to our website. These server logs may include information such as your web request, search keywords, Internet Protocol address, browser type, browser language, the date and time of your request and one or more cookies that may uniquely identify your browser. If you take the test, or search for a keyword or term on our website, we may also collect the anonymous data you submit to our server in a log file for further scientific research or statistical analysis. None of the server data we collect is personally identifiable.

Simple Tech Specs we use:- “Cookies” When you visit our Testing Site, we send one or more cookies — a small file containing a string of characters — to your computer that uniquely identifies your browser. We use cookies to improve the quality of our service by storing user preferences and tracking timing. Most browsers are initially set up to accept cookies, but you can reset your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, some Core Motivational Testing and Analysis features and services may not function properly if your cookies are disabled.

- “Log files” track actions occurring on the Site, and collect data including your IP address, browser type, Internet service provider, referring/exit pages, and date/time stamps.

- “Web beacons,” “tags,” and “pixels” are electronic files used to record information about how you browse through the Site.

How we use information:

When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and purchase Information. When you make a single test purchase or attempt through the site, we collect certain necessary information from you, including your name, billing address, payment information, email address, and phone number.

We use personal Information to communicate with you, screen and protect our testers for potential risk or fraud;  and when in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information, including test analysis.

We use the device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site.

Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example if you acquire a corporate code for site usage), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests. Additionally, please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States.

Minors: Core motivational Analysis Testing is not intended for individuals under the age of 18.

Change: We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
